Coles Creative Management, LLC is a small, minority, woman-owned business.  We specialize in consultation on complex human resource management issues, conduct administrative investigations, perform various administrative support functions, and train administrators within organizations, which result in efficiencies and improved organizational effectiveness.

We help organizations establish functions internally, assist in out-sourcing the functions as well assess and remedy existing functions.  Our primary role is to assist the client to identify needs, develop an action plan and facilitate change to increase the success of your organization.

Yvette Coles is the President and Founder of Coles Creative Management, LLC.  She has an extensive background in human resources and EEO. She began her thirty-seven year public sector career with the U.S. Secret Service where she worked for twenty-six years in human resources and served for five years as the EEO Program Manager/Officer. She worked for the National Gallery of Art where she executed the duties of the Deputy Administrator for Security Operations; was a member of the team that stood up the Transportation Security Administration where she planned, directed and coordinated the day-to-day administrative programs and activities in the Human Resource Services and Consultation Division; and, subsequently served as the Headquarters’ Deputy Director of Human Resources at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration until she retired in 2011.


In December 2011, Yvette launched Coles Creative Management, LLC, a consulting business in administration and management.  She has worked with several clients in the public and private sector, to include non-profit environments, where she provided creative solutions to

direct and implement plans and programs to positively accomplish the organization’s mission, goals, and priorities.


Throughout her career, Yvette has been known for her gift of administration and labeled as “the go to” person to bring structure and order to many organizations.  She is strategic, organized, and results orientated; and, has the ability to create and cultivate a cohesive work environment.
