All Beyond the Veil Worship Center church members are strongly encouraged to join
in-reach and/or outreach ministries upon joining the church and become involved in
the work of ministry. I Corinthians 15:58 NKJV states, “Therefore, my beloved brethren,
be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your
labor is not in vain in the Lord.” By actively participating in the ministry, one is
positioned to help reach lost souls for Jesus Christ while encouraging and enriching the
lives of other Christians through works of benevolence (doing good).
We are dedicated to extending the Gospel of Jesus Christ beyond the four walls of the
church and reaching the world through these and other ministries. While each ministry
has a coordinator who assists with day-to-day management, the Senior Pastor is an
ex-officio member of and maintains oversight of all church ministries

Dance Ministry ministers the gospel through various forms of visual interpretation
including liturgical, step, and mime. As led by the sovereign spirit of our Lord and Savior,
the dancers praise with anointed power for an audience of one, the Lord Jesus Christ. God releases his power to the harvest who witnesses his glory when we offer praise to our Lord
and King. “Let them praise his name in the dance….”
(Psalm 149:3 KJV)

Deacons and Deaconess are set aside by the Lord and appointed by the Senior Pastor as
He directs. The Word of God teaches us that Deacons must be respected and have integrity.
Likewise they must be committed to the revealed truths of the Christian faith and must live
with a clear conscience. Deacons and Deaconess serve the Lord by serving in the ministry
wherever needed. They are dedicated to the faithful up building of the Kingdom of God.
“Likewise deacons must be reverent, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy for
money, holding the mystery of the faith with a pure conscience.”
(1Timothy 3:8-9 NKJV)

Evangelism (Outreach) Ministry helps individuals who are making new commitments to
follow God or rededicate their lives to follow God. Our outreach focuses on taking the good
news of Jesus Christ into communities in need including prisons, elder care homes, and the
homeless living out on the streets and in shelters. Our efforts also include partnership
assistance with local organizations and help with community service projects. “ And he said
unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
(Mark 16:15 KJV)

Health and Wellness Ministry exists to bring encouragement through the Good News
of Jesus Christ, songs, liturgical dance and fellowship to the sick and shut in. We take
joy in letting His people know that just because they cannot make it into a church
building doesn’t mean they can’t enjoy a wonderfully rewarding fellowship with the
Lord. We educate the Body of Christ and community with information to secure divine
health. We accomplish this by conducting Healing Services, health screenings and
workshops on various health issues. “And when he had called unto him his twelve
disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all
manner of sickness and all manner of disease.”
(Matthew 10:1)

much.”

a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”
(I Corinthians 13:11 KJV)
Music Ministry the Praise and Worship Team/Choir is to be worshipers of God in Spirit
and in Truth. As worshipers, the team is a carrier of God’s Glory to usher the people of God
into His presence through ministering in song. Every song that is sung is designed under
the leading of the Holy Spirit to set the atmosphere, making it conducive to the preaching
and teaching of the Word of God, that yokes would be destroyed, burdens removed and the
people of God set free. Praise ye the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise in the
congregation of saints.”
(Psalm 149:1 KJV)

together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as
ye see the day approaching.”

thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
